Guiding Hearts To The Safe Harbor Of Acceptance
Here With Us Is Where You Belong
In the heart of The Sanctuary, you'll find more than just a space; you'll discover a profound sense of belonging.
We believe that every individual deserves to bask in the warmth of emotional, physical, social, and spiritual support. Our doors are open to all who identify as LGBTQ+, providing a haven where you can flourish without fear, where you can express your true self without inhibition.
Inspiring Equality Across Generations
"All of us who are openly gay are living and writing the history of our movement. We are no more - and no less - heroic than the suffragists and abolitionists of the 19th century; and the labor organizers, Freedom Riders, Stonewall demonstrators, and environmentalists of the 20th century. We are ordinary people, living our lives, and trying as civil-rights activist Dorothy Cotton said, to 'fix what ain't right' in our society."
– Sen. Tammy Baldwin

The Goal
Our goal is to secure enough funding to build, maintain, and operate a permanent facility that will be a home for all LGBTQ+ people on the Treasure Coast.
Donations and fundraisers help The Sanctuary provide opportunities for connections, community resources, and support to LGBTQ+ individuals and families on the Treasure Coast. At the moment, we operate all communications and services through virtual programs, with the exception of our curated experiences being hosted physically at LGBTQ+ Friendly spaces.

But... our community deserves more. We deserve the promise of Sanctuary; a safe space to call our own. Our ultimate goal is to secure the required funding necessary to build, operate, and maintain a permanent facility.

Help Us Achieve The Goal
You can help the LGBTQ+ community by making a one-time donation, becoming a contributing member, a partner, or a sponsor. Your financial contributions will help us reach our goal of creating a safe, nurturing environment for all residents and visitors of the Treasure Coast.
