Queer Prom!

PFLAG Stuart invites high-school students and young adults under 21 to our second annual Queer Prom - 2024. Students under the age of 18 must be dropped off by a parent, who will be asked to sign a consent form. The event is free and will include a DJ and dancing, snacks and raffle items.

This is a safe space for teens and parents! PFLAG families and volunteers will chaperone the event, ensuring a fun, but protected environment, where young people can be who they are without fear of judgement.

Last year's event drew about 15 young people. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we raffled off a TV, mini fridge, Apple products and a lot more! We are working hard to make this year's raffle just as great! If you know anyone who might be intersted in sponsoring or donating a raffle item, please direct them to pflagstuartfl@gmail.com.
